Lemon 18 inch ride preset option greyed out

I have updated firmware, and I have swapped cables internally and externally. I am not able to select the roland 3 zone two input or lemon 18 inch ride preset. Before swapping the internal cables I had only edge and bow, after swapping I have only bell and bow.

solved - needed to be plugged in vertically on the module
