27mm vs 35mm Piezo?

Hello! I'm doing an A2E conversion of some Yamaha Stage Custom 10" and 12" toms and have settled on UFOdrums for my triggers. My only question is if I should ask him to build it with 27mm center piezos instead of his usual 35mm piezos. I asked him and he said he switched to using 35mm piezos because most drummers preferred that but will make them with 27mm piezos if I request. Is that something that is recommended? I'm planning on getting his ebridge trigger for one tom and his side mount system for the other. Should I get 27mm piezos for the center and 35mm for the rim on both or just the one with the center mounted piezo? Thank you!
