TranslationFor a device that squeezes the very most out of the hardware and firmware, setting the bell input, which will only ever be mono, to use up a stereo input seems to depart from the overall ethos of eDRUMin.
Would it be possible to enable the bell input to use one side of a dual mono channel please, freeing up the other side for another mono input.
I appreciate there might be an UI issue as the bell is wired to the ring ('right' side) so it wouldn't be coherent that the ride is immediately followed by the bell, but maybe a background colour change visually linking the 2 might overcome this when dual mono is selected.
Incidentally, why is the bell wired to the ring not the tip? Arbitrary decision, following another manufacturers design or is there a firmware limitation that requires the full stereo input to be used?
