I see what's going on. The manual link in the download section is incorrect. It should point to eDRUMin_2.3.2.pdf. Fixed.

The 10 nF caps help remove some bounce. I'm not using a conventional way of writing an encoder, as I only had two signals to work with.

By default, eDRUMin uses channel 10. But simply changing the channel is typically not enough, you probably need to change the notes. You know that you can set the eDRUMin inputs to use 'Custom Notes', right? That will allow you to use whatever notes you want. Likewise for the sample pad, you should ...
