I posted build 30 with a fix for communicating with the iOS app and fixed a bug that would prevent an independent velocity curve from working properly until one of its values was changed.

It's a known firmware issue. Its fixed already. I'll post a fix tomorrow.

I suspect you just need to dial in the transient scanning controls. Have you watched this yet?

That's the video I'll do next. It's great that RME has enabled that functionality, although in my opinion, they could have implemented it a bit better.

I would go with the second option. A third option would be to connect a hub to the host port of one of the eDRUMins and then connect the Alesis and 2nd ED10 to the hub.
