Re: DSP trigger on Mac
There are no audio record functions in Digital Performer in the "Instrument Tracks" you must set up a midi track to record the data.So I'm unclear on how to send a Bass drum audio to BFD. I'm not sure what you mean by "send a Bass drum audio to BFD" but I assume you mean that yo...

Re: Ghost notes
It would seem that either the threshold or the hit decay is being calibrated a little too aggressively. Try backing off the these controls a bit so that the curve in the input section doesn't hug the transient so closely.

Re: DDRUM triggers and positional sensing?
Sorry for the delay in responding. I don't think you'll be able to achieve positional sensing with DDrum triggers. To get positional sensing from DSPT you will need a center mounted peizo.

Re: DDRUM triggers and positional sensing?
Hi, I have never tried DSPT with DDrum Triggers and I can't vouch for their compatibility, so you'll just have to try it and see. I suspect rimshot and sidestick will work, but I'm pretty sure positional sensing is out of the question.

Re: DSP trigger on Mac
It's actually simpler than you think. In Logic you don't need to do any MIDI routing, that's all taken care of as the system sends all MIDI to whichever instrument track is record enabled. Add DSPT to an audiotrack. Make sure its input is active. Add an instrument track with your drum sampler on it....

Re: Free version?
No, sorry there isn't. I stopped developing that version some time ago. Maybe I should think about updating it--we'll see.

The free version download works fine. What host are you trying to use?
