Re: Roland TD-17 to ED 8 no processing?
So firstly, those 'self'' buttons should probably be off unless you have 'local control' disabled on your Roland module. If you do not have local control disabled, turning on the self button will create a MIDI feedback loop and neither the Roland or eDRUMin will function properly. https://www.audiof...

Re: 2box Drumit 5 mk1 (Orange module)
I think they define two midi notes for the hi-hat. One when it's variably open, and another one for when it's fully closed. This means that you'll have to use hi-hat levels mode. I think eDRUMin includes a map for 2Box modules, so it should all work.

Re: Unofficially supported devices
Definitely do not connect A to A. By daisy chaining the two eDRUMins, you'll only use one USB port and crosstalk cancellation will work across both devices, so that's the recommended setup.

Re: FootBlaster triggers dropping hits
Try using the acoustic trigger pad type. Are you sure it's not a problem with your decay setting?

Re: Unofficially supported devices
You can disable the compatibility check, but it's likely indicating a problem with the cymbal or cable.

Re: eDrumin software
The eDRUMin software is downloaded from the website here--you can download and install it without making a purchase. Of course it will be of no use to you unless you have an eDRUMin device connected to your computer.
