Hi Rob, thanks for getting back. I changed the input to acoustic trigger, and went through the setup again as per your Transient Scanning Controls video. I'm still getting a bit of drop outs but it is better. Here is a screenshot - I notice the transients are minimal compared to a standard mesh head...

It turns out all my gain levels were quite low so that was not the problem.
So does anyone know the appropriate trigger type setting for the Footblaster triggers?
