Re: Hall effect sensors

This is weird..... yesterday I clicked on the tracking link you provided and it gave me the info that it had already been delivered 2000 miles away.
Today, clicking on the exact same link shows that USPS has it and its out for delivery. Ghosts in the machine... sorry for the bother :)

Re: Hall effect sensors

Rob, I ordered your last hall effect sensor and the package tracking indicates a delivery problem. Can you DM me for details? Thanks

Re: Finally Real E-Cymbals from Zildjian

Update on my previous post- I have since learned that the cymbal technology is algorithm driven, not hardware driven. Supposedly there is a proprietary algorithm for each cymbal size. So never mind the fantasy eCYMin Rob! :D

Re: Finally Real E-Cymbals from Zildjian

I've been wondering when this might become a topic of conversation on the edrumin forum. Recently, I was fortunate enough to be able to spend some ti...

Re: Metal Cymbal Choking

I'm using 2.3.1.21. I think that for most guys the choke is quick immediately following the strike, (most likely within a quarter second) but I can see your point for jazz or ballads where cymbals might ring out a longer before choking. Oh well, it was just an idea. Might experiment with capacitive ...
