Re: Presales question

If you're already able to do this with your keyboard, and you'll have no problem doing it with a MIDI Expression iO by connecting the iO to the reface in the same way you connect your keyboard to the reface (which I assume is with a MIDI cable). Shipping times depend on the shipping method. You can ...

There are a number of issues that can cause false compatibility warnings. You can disable the compatibility checks from the options panel (the cog icon in the side bar on the left of the UI).

I think this is because I wasn't using a VST and the Titan 50 doesn't have 3 zone cymbal sounds. Does that seem correct?
You might be right or perhaps you just don't have the notes setup correctly. I'm sure the Titan manual could shed some light on this.

Yes, you will be able to trigger 10 additional pieces in SD3 that way, but not 10 additional sounds on the TD-27 (Roland doesn't allow it, presumably it isn't capably of the having that many simultaneous voices). You should get about 8k samples/seconds / input if they are all stereo, but maybe only 5k samples/second when they are all dual mono. That's still pretty fast, b...

The head sensor does all the work. Hit detection and velocity for all articulations is done with the head sensor. The rim sensor is just used to determine with articulation to trigger.

Re: positional sensing setting not retained after program close

The ring and tip are not mutually exclusive. It's not one or the other. By default the setting for tip is shown, but that ring setting is still being loaded even if it's not displayed.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.2 BETA now available

The macOS link was wrong. I had been using 'OSX' as part of the link name for the past 10 years and I finally decided it's time to use 'MAC' instead. The link is now fixed.
