If you could implement the feature, I can see that players of such instruments as organ/keyboard players without velocity, MIDI wind controllers and MIDI accordions can sure benefit from it. Thanks a lot.

It's something that I would like to implement as part of the MIDI Transformer. I'll give it some thought.
