Korg Wave Drum?

Would it be possible to use DSP Trigger with the audio output of a Korg Wave Drum? I am seeking to capture triggers and pass them into Studio Drummer or a similar VST drum kit. (I'm primarily a guitarist with an interest in drumming)

It would, but I can't say weather it'll be able to detect more than one articulation.
