I don't think it would be wise to update it via the eDRUMin. It should work, but it's something that hasn't been tested and you don't want to be left with a bricked TD-12.

You have your eDRUMin set to use the Superior Drummer map. How about Superior Drummer? What map (preset I think they call it) is it using?

I don't think resetting is the issue. I think it's mostly a quality control problem with Lemon cymbals. I'm busy with other things, but I'll give this some more thought.
