Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
Thanks. The data is good. I'm able to see it, but I need to do some development to allow me to inject the data back into a device here and see if I can hopefully reproduce the issue. Might be a couple days.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
The data from build 20 and 26 will look the same. I really appreciate your help. Don't worry about testing with different inputs / devices for now. Recording that data shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes and might give me the insight I need.

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
Testing it on other devices and even just on other inputs of the same device would be helpful and allow me to rule out tolerance of components as a cause. Also, if you don't mind, maybe you could sample some data from your cymbal. This can be done with build 20 (firmware build 19). 1. Open the contr...

Re: Metal 3-Zone Ride - Edge Sense?
If the choke is working, then you don't have a wiring issue. So in your original post, you said 'tapping' the edge. Assume by this you mean 'hitting the edge of the cymbal with your drum stick' doesn't cause the meter in the 'Edge Thresh' control to move?

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
I'm going to try to build a device this afternoon that can simulate an overly sensitive switch. Don't worry about further testing at this time.

Re: Metal 3-Zone Ride - Edge Sense?
No. Since you've posted this in the DIY thread, I would assume it indicates a wiring / mechanical issue. You are using a membrane switch for your edge sensor?

Re: eDRUMin version 2.3.1 BETA
With build 26, if you were just choking the cymbal by hand, did the eDRUMin correctly detected the choke the start and end of the choke; the "AT" lights up red when you grab the edge and again yellow when you release it. I realize that if the cymbal was already stuck in ckoked mode, grabbi...

Re: Sustain pedal and latching footswitch
It's definitely possible, but you might get some odd behavior if one is momentary and the other is latching, as the MIDI Expression will assume both switches should behave the same.

You don't need presets. Watch my video entitled Transient Scan Controls.

Re: ED10R2 software issues
I'm pretty sure that firmware version saves presets just fine. Does the UI show an error when you try to save a new preset?
I remember there was a bug with the version 2.3.0.9 macOS installer, but that's definitely been fixed.
