I ordered one of those footswitches. Should be here in a couple of weeks.

It's implemented and will be available in the next update, most likely in about 3 weeks.

I just checked to make sure there was nothing preventing this from working properly. Seems pretty trivial to add. I'll post here when it's implemented.

Maybe "mechanical issues" is not the right term. It's just that the switches are more sensitive and prone close at unexpected times. It's actually helpful because it will ensure eDRUMin is robust. I'm still going to wait until I hear from others before I do anything else. eDRUMin hardware ...

AFAIK Ableton Live only supports aftertouch messages while the associated note is still playing, otherwise it disregards them.

Ya, case number 1 is definitely covered. But ya, it appears that inc/dec the velocity is not supported. I'll put it on my todo list.

Most likely the issue is that you are getting double triggering, and the quieter mistriggers are effectively muting the real hits. I suspect you'll need to adjust the decay control.

Can you hit the edge of your hihat with a medium force and then take another screenshot of the hihat cymbal settings so I can see what the transient for the hihat looks like.
